Hot Since 82
House music comes in many shapes and sizes in 2018, and this night hosted by Knee Deep In Sound provides a neat snapshot of some of the most interesting protagonists across the 4/4 spectrum. It’s been impossible to ignore the rise of Hot Since 82 over the past few years. The Yorkshire based DJ has reached truly global levels of notoriety with a full-bodied sound that draws on deep house, disco and a healthy dose of New York grit without once sounding throwback. His sound should provide a rounded experience to complement the wild styles of KiNK’s incendiary live set, while Mele and La Fleur demonstrate their keen instinct for warm, undulating tones. In the Tunnel, Fort Romeau, PBR Streetgang and Christophe will be representing a more intimate vibe in contrast to the big room dynamics of the main room with a sizable nod to the disco and boogie roots of house music.
